Service

MailPolish is an Outlook add-in that helps users draft, polish, reply, forward, and summarize email. It does not send email without user action and users are responsible for reviewing drafts before sending.

Microsoft and Outlook

MailPolish is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft. Outlook and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. A compatible Outlook account and add-in environment may be required.

AI output

AI-generated drafts can be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for checking facts, commitments, tone, recipients, attachments, and legal or compliance requirements before using any output.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions unless otherwise stated at checkout. Pro is listed at $9/user/month and Team at $19/user/month. Taxes, payment processor fees, or currency conversion may apply. You can cancel future renewals by using available billing support or contacting us.

Acceptable use

You may not use MailPolish for unlawful activity, spam, phishing, harassment, malware distribution, credential theft, or attempts to bypass security controls. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, the service, payment systems, or our providers.
