Trial

The trial includes a limited number of drafts so users can evaluate MailPolish before subscribing.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Refund requests

If you believe a charge was accidental, duplicated, fraudulent, or caused by a technical issue, contact info@mailpolish.ai within 14 days of the charge. We review refund requests case by case.

Payment processors

Refund timing depends on Stripe, PayPal, Wise, your bank, and card network rules.
