What MailPolish collects
MailPolish may collect the email address used to identify your account, subscription status, draft usage counts, payment event metadata, support messages, and the email text you submit when asking MailPolish to draft, polish, reply, forward, or summarize.
How email content is used
Email content is used to generate the draft or analysis you requested. When live AI drafting is enabled, submitted content may be sent to OpenAI or another configured AI provider to process the request. You should review every generated draft before sending.
Payments
Card, PayPal, and direct payment details are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Wise. MailPolish does not store full card numbers or bank credentials. We may store payment provider identifiers, plan, status, amount, currency, and timestamps to manage subscriptions and support.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate MailPolish, such as hosting, AI processing, payment processing, email delivery, fraud prevention, and customer support.
Security and retention
MailPolish is designed to run over HTTPS, keep API keys server-side, and restrict access to private configuration files. We keep account and billing records for business, tax, legal, and security needs. You may request deletion of non-required account data by contacting us.
Your choices
You can stop using the add-in, remove it from Outlook, cancel your subscription, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information where applicable.
